This company is engaged in the management of hydraulic infrastructure of Commonwealth of Municipalities of Aljarafe. It was incorporated in 1981. The registered business office of the company is located in Tomares, Spain. The company is the Direct Management Body of the Commonwealth of Municipalities of Aljarafe. It is responsible for the management of all the hydraulic infrastructure of the services of supply and sanitation in the territorial scope of the 29 Municipalities that integrate the service and that are part of that Commonwealth: Albaida del Aljarafe, Almensilla, Aznalcazar, Aznalcóllar, Benacazón, Bollullos de la Mitacion, Bormujos, Carrion de los Cespedes, Castilleja del Campo, Castilleja de la Cuesta, Castilleja de Guzman, Espartinas, Gelves, Gerena, Gines, Huevar del Aljarafe, La Algaba, Mairena del Aljarafe, Olivares, Palomares del River, Pilas, Salteras, Sanlucar la Mayor, Santiponce, Tomares, Umbrete, Valencina de la Concepcion, Villanueva del Ariscal and Villamanrique de la Condesa. It undertakes the precise actions for hydraulic infrastructure's operation, maintenance, conservation, improvement and expansion, for which purpose it verifies the contracting activity with third parties for works, services and supplies, aimed at comply with those derived from said responsibility.
